Curtis Demick

Mr Demick has over 30 years of experience as a results-driven global Human Resources leader. Prior to joining Create Medicines, Mr Demick led the Human Resources function required to realize the overall strategy, mission, and vision at Goldfinch Bio.

Prior to that, after over five years building and strengthening the talent and culture required to take the company commercial and global at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, he led the integration and closing down of the company as a result of the acquisition by Takeda.

Mr Demick’s deep passion, commitment, and experience in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent has helped enable many organizational and employee success over the years.
