Chief Business Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Allan Shaw serves as Chief Financial & Business Officer of Create Medicines. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, having served as CFO for five public companies and as a board member on seven public company boards.

Mr Shaw is a seasoned deal executive with a track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing more than $4 billion in public and private financings, including IPOs. He has guided organizations from financial, operational, and strategic perspectives, and has played a key role in the sourcing, development, and commercialization of numerous drug products across multiple therapeutic areas.

He also currently serves on the boards of CalciMedica Inc. and Evecxia Therapeutics, Inc.
